Phillip Thomas is the Head of Operations and Business Development at Sea and Land Technologies (SALT), a subsea technology solution provider with over 30 years of experience supporting defence organisations, government and academic research agencies, and the wider marine, coastal, and offshore industries. An IHO/ICA/FIG Category ‘A’ certified Hydrographer, Phillip brings more than a decade of offshore experience across the full spectrum of hydrographic sectors. He leads SALT’s regional operations, strategic partnerships, and technology-driven growth across Southeast Asia and SALT’s global footprint. Known for his hands-on leadership and forward-looking approach, Phillip plays a pivotal role in shaping SALT’s direction and strengthening its position in the region.
