Dr. Han Hsi Ho is the Founder of Ho&Co, a consultancy specializing in digital transformation for the built environment. Leveraging nearly 20 years of Building Information Management (BIM) consulting digital twin consultancy services on award winning projects, she co-authored key BIM standards and guidelines for Taiwan’s Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), Hong Kong’s Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK), Hong Kong Housing Authority (HKHA), Civil Engineering Services Department (CEDD, for its BIM Harmonisation), and Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD). Han Hsi’s team provides managerial and operational training with expertise in ISO 19650-2 and -3 coaching and certification. 

Han Hsi is a Certified BIM Manager (CCBM), a Project Management Professional (PMP), a Full Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Urban Design (HKIUD), and ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 19650 Lead Auditor. Extending her expertise in managing building information, she actively contributes to knowledge management (KM), knowledge exchange, and promoting women's leadership, serving as Secretary General at the Taiwan BIM Association (TBIMA) while serving on Taiwan BIM Alliance’s Advisory Board. In addition to public speaking engagements on BIM, BIM education, and digital transformation, Dr. Ho coordinates technology (BIM/GIS) courses for various programs at the Department of Urban Planning and Design at the University of Hong Kong with a research focus on organizational technology adoption decision making, knowledge and risk management, and technology acceptance for the built environment, while serving on the editorial board of Hong Kong Institute of Urban Design (HKIUD)’s Urbani & Urbanus Journal.
